I am an RV owner that takes pride in ownership. My Coach is immaculate and well kept. Everything works and repairs are preformed promptly. This is my personal RV and used as a rntal sparingly. You will enjoy your stay. It is well equipped with everything you need with all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. I will waive the cleaning fee if the RV is clean and ready to re-use. If the carpet is stained you will be charged the full cleaning amount of $250.

We rented this motorhome for a weekend at a KOA. I must say John was awesome!! He met us right on time set everything up and showed us the ropes. We couldn't ask for a better host! The motorhome was clean, fully stocked with everything you would need to camp (he even provided a jug of drinking water just in case) and the bed was comfortable! We appreciated ALL of his efforts to make our weekend great from drop off to pick up and if we ever have a need in the future we will definitely be renting from him again! Thank you John!!

We just finished our two night trip with this Luxury RV. Our family enjoyed our stay. Mr. John (as our kids affectionately call him) was a wonderful host, set up the RV for us before we arrived and took the time to explain everything. He was also available anytime we messaged him for questions during the stay. The RV is very clean and well taken care of. All the necessities you'd need for a camping weekend is there, including an abundant amount of towels, linen, cooking supplies/ utensils, bath supplies, and even some family friendly movies. Just bring your food, drinks, a few toiletries, and your favorite DVDs! The RV air system kept us cool in the heat of the day and warm in the freezing night. Thank you Mr. John for sharing your mobile home with us! Hope to book again soon!

We loved our experience at campland with being able to live in your motorhome. It was beautiful and all the amenities were there. John was a perfect host as he explained everything and set up was done so we could easily just move in. When I get the dates for next year, I want to rent it again. Thx John for a comfortable and relaxing weekend at Campland.

My wife and I had a great RV rental experience with John and his Tropi-cal RV. The rig was in excellent shape - super clean, nicely decorated, all the amenities we could ask for especially in the kitchen, and John also saved us a trip to get jugs of water for our stay. Small considerations like that made a big impact on our positive rental experience. John took the time to go over how everything worked in the RV and we would not hesitate to rent from him again.

This rig is beautiful and very spacious! John was at our campsite prior to us getting there and went over everything in the motorhome, until we were comfortable. Brand new air unit made the rig super warm and cozy in the very cold and wet weather! John is a great host, I would definitely rent this rig again! Thanks for the use of your amazing rig and we look forward to renting it again!
