RV Rules

Allowable generator usage is based on paid "nights". So if you paid for three nights than you get 3 times the allowable usage of the generator, etc. Charges will accrue for any usage over that as per the listed amount. No smoking in unit. Signs of smoking will result in loss of deposit. RV will have a full tank of gas/propane and needs to be returned full. If not we will take fuel cost out of the deposit plus additional fee of $25. You will be given an Inventory list of the items that are on the RV. We will do a walk through the day of arrival and the day of return. Toilet paper is provided, however if you need additional toilet paper it will be charged at $10/pack of 4. Black water and Gray water needs to be thoroughly drained before returning the RV. Please take proper care and precautions while handling the draining process. If fail to drain the black water and gray water there will be a $50 service fee.
