Our home away from home is yours to rent. Please let us know if you are Law Enforcement/First Responders or Military as we do offer discounts (ID will be required) as well as weekly and monthly discounts.

Our 33 foot RV sleeps 6 adults comfortably with the 1 queen bed and 2 FULL size double bunk beds. The couch pulls out to a very comfortable surface to lay on to watch a movie or sleep. It is our kiddos favorite place to catch a nap. The U shaped benches around table easily fit 6-8 and a great place for family meals or to play a game out of our collection. Yes we stock the RV with games for all ages as well as DVDs for those rainy days.

Kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, cutting boards and knives, cooking and eating utensils, mixing bowls, measuring cups/spoons, serving trays/platters, plates, cups and bowls for 8. We also include cooking oils and basic seasonings as well as hand and dish soap/sponges. Pot holders and dish towels are provided as well.

Our bathroom includes a spacious shower large enough for 2 adults ;-) or parent and child. We include 6 bath towels and 3 hand towels as well as over the door storage for all your hygiene needs. (We will also provide RV approved Toilet paper - please only use this toilet paper)

Double bunks as well as Master Queen bed include freshly laundered sheets, pillows and comforters. The RV also has throw blankets for chilly days and movie snuggles.

For all your outdoor fun, the RV has a 18ft awning and outdoor rug. We also provide 4 folding chairs great for sitting around the camp fire or in the river. Our Bluetooth radio allows you to play your favorite tunes on the indoor and outdoor speakers. Pop up tent provided for extra shade.

Optional Extra Rental: A 22 inch Blackstone stand alone griddle with cooking utensils and oils great for all your favorite camp meals for $10 a day

Electric power source needs to be plugged into a minimum 30 amps to run. 50 to 30 amp converter provided.

RV to be used only at RV approved campsites. No on beach rentals

**Insurance is REQUIRED through rental site for ALL rentals**

$50 tank flush/cleaning fee will be charged if not done on site PROPERLY for self pull rentals. We will provide instructions. Pick up in Pearland, TX

Delivery, Set up, take down/pick up is available for a $200 round trip within 50 miles of Pearland, TX.

Smoking:
SMOKING IS PROHIBITED inside the RV as well as any other drug substance. Evidence of Smoking (smell or debris, including vapor smell) is not allowed and determined at the sole discretion of Owners and will forfeiture your Security Deposit.

Additional Fee's:
$50 Standard Cleaning Fee (If returned in very good condition and kept clean, this fee will be waived)
$20 Propane per bottle used
$50 Flush and tank cleaning
$200 Delivery, set up and or pick up within 50 miles. (Longer distance contact us)
$10 day Griddle rental (optional)
Temporary insurance through website mandatory.
