** FOR U.S. TRAVEL ONLY! ** This is a 2007 Thor Dutchman Express that sleeps up to 6 maybe 7 people. We purchased this RV because we love to go camping and we did so often. This RV has 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. There is also an over the cab bunk that we use for storage but could sleep up to 2 adults or children (All linens are provided at no additional charge). There is a full kitchen that has a sink, stove/oven, microwave, and refrigerator that runs off of both power and propane (Refrigerator Only). All kitchen utensils ie, pots/pans, 2 slice toaster, 12 cup coffee maker, silverware, table settings for 4 are included as well as a 19” LED TV and DVD player. This RV has a ducted furnace which is perfect for Fall and Winter camping and roof mounted air conditioning for those hot summer months. The RV gets about 400+/- miles per tank of gas and averages about 9.7+/- miles per gallon. This RV has City Water Hookup, Cable TV hookup, and comes with a sewer hose for full hookup camping sites. There are ample storage compartments inside and outside of this RV. All lights inside have recently been updated to LED. The bathroom has a full vanity with a dual mirrored medicine cabinet. The toilet has a foot pedal flush and the shower has a glass door with a skylight (Towels, Hand Towels, Washcloths and Toiletries provided at no additional charge). The total weight of this unit is 12,300lbs and is easy to drive. Installed in the outside propane compartment is a 25 lb refillable propane tank that operates the furnace, refrigerator (when not plugged into shore power), hot water heater and range. When you are not plugged into shore power, the RV is equipped with a 4000 watt generator that powers the entire unit. There is a working carbon monoxide detector as well as smoke detectors and a fire extinguisher inside the unit. We provide 2 Camping Chairs to enjoy around the fire pit , as well as, a grill to enjoy you favorite meal. We also provide a 12’ x 9’ domed screen room to enjoy some bug free time with the family. RV delivery (see delivery fee in fees), as well as, RV pick-up (optional) is available for additional charge. This RV is not equipped with leveling blocks/jacks or stabilizers. We are Rick and Bobby. Together for 22 years. Bobby is a Food Safety Instructor and Proctor and own Ohio Food Safety Education Services. Rick is a 2 time cancer survivor and a home remodeler. We love to go camping and fishing and our favorite spots are Gatlinburg, TN, and Alum Creek State Park in Delaware, OH. We love to travel when our jobs allow us.
