Delivery and set up is free within 30 miles of 32712 if staying for 5 nights or more. Golf cart is also free if rental is 5 or more nights. Less than 5 nights will be a $50 delivery fee and $30 a night for golf cart rental.
Outside, relax under the huge, automated awning, lit by LED light, and listen to music on the two outdoor Bluetooth speakers. You will also find a large, outdoor kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, sink, television, and extra counter space. Camping chairs and hammock are also included.
Upon entering the camper, you will find a Samsung 43” flat screen TV with a CD/DVD player that can swivel between the living space and the private master bedroom. You can pull in approximately 60 digital stations in the Central Florida area.
The kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, toaster, pots, pans, plates, cups, mugs, wine glasses, cooking and eating utensils, steak knives, common spices, and more.
In the living space, you have a soft, leather couch that turns into a bed, along with a dinette that converts into a full-size bed.
The master bedroom boasts a nice queen size bed with a 2” memory foam mattress topper, nightstands, and hanging wardrobes. There is also plenty of storage under the bed. At night, enjoy your private room with double pocket doors. When the doors are closed, you can swivel the 43” Samsung TV around for your own viewing pleasure.
The private bunk room offers room for up to four people. This room has its own entertainment center with a 27” TV, Sega Genesis, board and card games, as well as plenty of storage for clothes and additional items.
The bathroom has an exterior door, which is incredibly helpful when you have a large crowd hanging out and enjoying the outdoors. There is also a medicine cabinet for extra storage.
Manually rotating AC vents in each room, along with extra thick insulation keeps the camper at just the right temperature year-round.
Also included in the rental are 5 pillows for sleeping, 6 bath towels, 10 washcloths, 3 kitchen towels, and all bed linens.
Two full propane tanks will be provided at no additional charge.
Absolutely NO SMOKING is permitted in or near the camper. The damage deposit will not be returned if this rule is broken. No pets allowed.
Please note, if your pickup date is on a Sunday, we will need to pick up the camper at 9 am, or after 1 pm if renter is able to secure a late checkout.

My wife and four children have always loved to go camping. We have been camping at most of the campgrounds around the Orlando area and outside of it. We figured this would be a great opportunity to allow others to enjoy camping as much as us without having to bring there own camper.
