Love Lake Tahoe!! I love it so much I bought a house here. If you want to move here, get a vacation home or get some ideas on how you can spend more time in this great destination, I'm a realtor by profession, and will talk shop anytime with you! I run a club of kayakers based in Sacramento, kayaking lakes and rivers. I have camped many of the locations in South Lake Tahoe, and can share with you some of my favorites. I also would like to take it up a notch with exploring the North shore as well. When available, I can bring kayaks for a nominal cost for the morning. Afternoons can get choppy. Nothing like doing a Sunrise Paddle! I enjoy boating the big lake as well as Fallen Leaf Lake nearby on my 20' Four Winns Boat (pictured). Boat may be offered later with skipper --check with me for availability! I enjoy launching on the West Shore, traveling along the North shore to Sand Harbor for a swim and refreshments. I also enjoy camping in more primitive areas in the Hope Valley area not to far from South Lake Tahoe, with fishing and privacy. I am always happy to talk about custom trips and possible sites. I am open to placing the trailer the day before to secure a great spot before a weekend for primitive free site locations. I found a couple of jewels I really like!

RV Rules

Client makes all camp reservations with park and pays fees for campground. No Smoking. No Pets. Owner and clients allergic. $100 cleaning surcharge to remedy pets unauthorized with professional. Outdoor barbecue with rv connection for fuel $40 cash on delivery. Must choose verifiable / suitable campsite for 27 ft trailer, considering obstructions such as branches and rocks. A cleaning cost of $70 / hour if left with appearance of clean, will be charged for sanitation and sewer dump & flush & treatment, bathroom sterilizing, and mattress cover sanitizing. If left dirty $70/hour charged thereafter. Client to pay for any entrance fees driver will incur entering park, if applicable for pick up and delivery. Generators available, if no hookups:
$25/day for 3KW Honda, and $15/day for 2KW Honda. If you don't need air conditioning 2KW works.
