AS FORMER REALTORS, WE OWN AN OZONATOR MACHINE AND WILL USE IT IN OUR RV BEFORE EACH RENTAL. Ozone generators intentionally produce the toxic gas ozone and are sold as air cleaners for commercial and residential applications. Specifically, they are advertised to deodorize, disinfect, kill or remove dangerous or irritating airborne particles in indoor environments. (The gas quickly evaporates with minimal ventilation)
OUR RV IS 24 FEET LONG AND 10' 10" TALL. IT IS SELF-CONTAINED WITH A GENERATOR, PROPANE TANKS, TANK-LESS WATER HEATER & INVERTER WAS INSTALLED FOR DRY-CAMPING / BOON-DOCKING. (for use of AC outlets while driving or otherwise not connected to shore power or generator) THE BATHROOM HAS A SHOWER, SINK AND TOILET. THE KITCHEN INCLUDES SINK, INDUCTION STOVE TOP AND COMBO MICROWAVE/CONVECTION OVEN & BROILER, FREEZER AND REFRIGERATOR, THE DINING AREA IS THE ONLY SLIDE OUT AND SEATS 2 FULLY RECLINE THEATER SEATS, THE CAPTAIN CHAIRS SWIVEL AROUND INTO THE DINING AREA ADDING 2 MORE SEATS. THERE ARE 3 TV’S WHICH CONNECT TO YOUTUBE, PRIME, NETFLIX, ETC. DISH SATELLITE SERVICE WITH AUTO SEARCH/LOCK DISH ANTENNA INCLUDED. THE MASTER BEDROOM IS A LARGE CAL KING BED AND CAN ALSO BE ADJUSTED FOR 2 TWINS. SEE PICTURE, ALSO THE DETAILS DOES NOT HAVE A KING SETTING SO THE MASTER BEDROOM IS LISTED AS A QUEEN. THE BED ABOVE THE CABIN SLEEPS 2 CHILDREN OR 1 ADULT 80" X 42" , THERE IS NO CHILD GUARD. SEE PICTURE. THE CABIN BED IS BIGGER THAN A TWIN AND ALMOST A FULL. INDOOR / OUTDOOR TV & STEREO SOUND SYSTEM, OUTSIDE AWNING IS SELF RETRACTABLE WITH WIND SENSOR.

THERE ARE SEVERAL RV PARKS AROUND THE LAKES WHERE YOU CAN LAUNCH YOUR BOAT FROM. FREE DELIVERY TO CAMPSITES THAT ARE WITHIN 25 MILES OF OUR HOME. WE ALSO CAN DELIVER TO BURNEY FALLS, LAKE TAHOE, & RENO FOR A $4 MILEAGE FEE AFTER THE FIRST 25 MILES.

My husband and I love to travel everywhere and with our RV we are able to visit our National Forests, beaches, parks and our family. Our family and children live in different states and having an RV makes it easy to visit them without staying in a hotel. We have spent a lot of money on hotels and owning an RV just makes it ideal for us. One of our hobbies is fishing and since we live near Lake Almanor that is our favorite place to go. The lake has great fishing and your sure to catch something whether your fishing from the creek under the east shore bridge or near a cove on a boat. Last year for Christmas, my son and his family came to visit and they all stayed on our front yard in our RV for a week.
