RV Rules

Guests may be required to meet in person and show matching government-issued ID matching the person booking the reservation in order to check in. No smoking permitted in unit or anywhere on property. There are other suites at the property, so guests will need to respect neighboring suites and other neighbors with regard to noise levels during all hours and especially during legal quiet hours (10pm-8am). Host reserves the right to terminate stay early or upon check-in with no refunds if any house rules are broken. We also do not allow commercial filming inside the suite or anywhere on the property without prior written permission.

Unlike some Airbnb rentals, we do not automatically charge guests a cleaning fee. Please leave the place tidy and clean up after yourself before checking out (Clean all dishes, wipe down counters and appliances, sweep or vacuum floors, tidy up bathroom, take all trash out to the garbage bins outside). Please wash and dry the linens and towels as well. If you don't have time to clean or do the linens, please let us know in advance so we can schedule cleaning ahead of time. If the space needs to be professionally cleaned, you may be charged a cleaning fee out of your deposit amount.

No parties or events allowed. (Event rentals priced and booked separately and may require additional contract, insurance, cleaning and security).

Guests are NOT allowed to bring pets to the RV or the Vineyard Ranch. NO PETS ALLOWED inside or outside the RV or anywhere on the property. Additionally, there are outdoor cats, chicken and guinea fowl on the property, as well as other wildlife whose safety would be threatened by outside animals being brought to the property so this is prohibited.

Guests may use pool-side patio area for dining and lounging but swimming is not permitted (It is a private pool - We don't include pool in amenities for this reason). Guests may use the hot tub in the back right side of the pool area. Please shower before entering the hot tub. Please replace the cover when you are done using the hot tub.

Extra guest fee of $50 per guest per day charged for more than 2 person occupancy bookings. Extra guest fees will be charged for every guest visiting the property. Extra guest fees not paid for with booking may be charged from guest's deposit. Extra guest fee will be charged for every additional guest visiting the property.

Absolutely NO SMOKING of tobacco, marijuana, or other substances (including but not limited to vape and electronic cigarettes) is allowed anywhere on the property.

Day-of bookings: If you are booking the same day as your reservation, we may need 2-3 hours from the time of booking until you can check in. Please confirm with us what time you will be able to check in if you are booking the same day.

- No Shoes Allowed inside. Please take off your shoes before entering the RV.
